MADE TO ORDER

  • All our t-shirts are embellished by hand in Melbourne and are made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Domestic Express Shipping (2-5* business days):

  • Domestic Express Shipping flat rate: $10.

  • For all online orders above $350, Domestic Express Shipping is free.

  • Orders must be placed before 11AM AEDT Monday to Friday for the order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days provided the payment of your order processes successfully.

  • If your order is received on a Victorian public holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.

 

*Delivery time estimate between major metro areas only. Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

International Express Shipping:

  • International Express Shipping flat rate: $30.

  • For all online orders above $350, International Express Shipping is free.

  • Orders must be placed before 11AM AEDT Monday to Friday for the order to be dispatched within 2-3 business days provided the payment of your order processes successfully.

  • If your order is received on a Victorian public holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.

  • Depending on your location and the value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes by your local government and customs office. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.

  • Delivery estimates will vary from country to country, please visit the Australia Post website for further details.

SHIPMENT DETAILS

 

All shipments will be sent using Australia Post unless stated otherwise. You will be sent a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched. 


Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

We are only able to ship your order to one location. During the check-out process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order.
 
If your order include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.

RETURNS POLICY

 

 

Returns can be made for an exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria: 

  • Your item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is in saleable condition, unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 

  • You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.

We currently do not offer refunds for returns. 

Return / Exchange Steps:  

1.   Check your item meets the Returns Criteria: 

  • Item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway. 

  • Original packaging and tags are attached.  

 

2.   Package up the item that you wish to send back to us.

 

3.   Fill out the Returns Slip. Please note the Returns Slip MUST be included in your returns order or we will not process the return. 

 

4.   Post the order back to us at MARICEL.

 

5.   Once you have posted your returns order, send us an email (contact@maricel.com.au) with your Order Number and return Tracking Number. 

 

Failure to follow these steps correctly will result in your return or exchange not being processed and

your item will be returned back to you.  

FAULTY ITEM

If your item arrived with a fault or damage, please email us at contact@maricel.com.au before beginning the returns process. 

SOLD OUT ITEM

If you are looking for an item or size that has been sold out, please email us at contact@maricel.com.au and we can see if we will be restocking it anytime soon. Please include the item that you are after, the colour and size.
